A reorganized version of the existing HUUSD board section — the same content, grouped around what a resident wants to do: understand the Board, follow it, and weigh in. It lives entirely inside the board section and changes nothing else on the site.

Most content is real — live links pulled from the current site. Anywhere a block is marked Prototype, that part is sample content for layout and will be confirmed before anything goes live. The three Key Issues briefs are drafts: the structure is shown; the copy comes next.
